Acces I/O USB-IIRO-16 features 16 optically isolated digital inputs and 16 Form C (SPDT) electromechanical relays outputs. The isolated, non-polarized inputs may be driven by either DC sources of 3-31 V (or higher by special order) or AC sources at frequencies of 40 Hz to 10KHZ. The digital inputs are isolated from each other, and from the computer. Each input has a jumper selected filter. The relay outputs are de-energized at power-up to prevent an unintended control output signal. Data to the relays is latched. Power, up to 500 mA is provided via the USB cable or, for higher current capabilities, optional external power may be used (Recommended for fully utilised IIRO 16). Windows-based, custom function driver. The board is PC/104 sized (3.550 by 3.775 inches) and is available as an OEM (board only) version for embedded applications. |
