8 Port Managed Industrial Ethernet Fibre Optic Switch EKS 8-Port Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch Features & Applications   Series e-light EL100 and EL100X are 4-Port Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Layer 2 Switches. EL100X has an extended temperature range and an redundant power supply. e-light series EL100S1 and EL100E1 are  8-Port Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Layer 2 Switches and fullfill the toughest industrial environmental requirements. High MTBF numbers make this module the first choice for applications where temperature, vibration and insulation are critical parameters. These switches are approved for industrial, maritime and railway use as well as for substation automation. Series e-light EL100S3 and EL100E3 are 8-Port Managed Industrial Ethernet Layer 2 Switches für Single Ring Topologies and fulfils the toughest industrial environmental requirements. A special concept allows the ultra fast re-configuration of 30ms of the network topology. This concept also eliminates failures caused by network links and/or switches. Management of the e-light EL100S3 switches is easy and is done by the user in the Windows based IP configuration tool. The tool is free and any of the Ethernet ports can be used for this purpose. Thus, no serial port is required for setting the configuration parameter on the e-light EL100S3 switch. This means that this switch can be mounted and installed prior to configuration. System EKS-IRF620 is a media converter with one 10/100 TX Port and one FX Port. The 5-Port Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switch EKS-INS801 and the 10-Port Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switches EKS-INS802 und EKS-INS803 are having a good cost-price-ratio.
