RT901 dramatically simplifies and speeds the high-voltage testing of relay devices by allowing fixed test leads to be connected to each terminal of the relay device and then uses internal switching to route high-voltages, grounding or current flow detection to the required device pins under control of a software test sequence.
The RT901 architecture provides for up to six changeover contacts and up to two coils. It has an integrated PC-compatible processor and operates together with an external keyboard and monitor. A disk drive is provided for the loading of the control software and for storing user test data files, which are created, edited and run from within a simple menu style software environment. These test data files specify the sequence of application and timing of either DC or AC voltages up to 5kV peak to be applied to the device pins by internal switching. |
